Stepping Stone Farm Canton, GA
The owner’s new dressage facility project began with John in 2000 when he was still working as a sales consultant for Morton Buildings. She wanted to build a barn and arena developed on a raw parcel of land so together they looked at different parcels until Cindy chose the one where her facility was developed and now operates. While one of the more dimensionally scaled undertakings for John, the finished project clearly reflects the care and concern that goes into all John’s work. Subsequently, the owner has contacted Stein Equestrian for anything she’s needed since.
Functionally equipped, the main structure is a 2-stall open shed style barn with a 1-tack feed room and a unique, rubber interlocking non-slip paver floor. Adding to the aesthetics, the property is lined with a 4-board, all pressure treated wood fence and a finish of acrylic black paint applied. All fence posts have been set in concrete to provide long-term stability.
