The owner began working with John Stein in 1999 when a mutual friend suggested that she contact him to help develop her vision for an 8-stall hunter/jumper barn. At that time John worked as a sales consultant for Morton Buildings and while the owner’s master plan included building a complete training facility, this barn was a first step to accomplishing her long-term goal.
Since the initial project with the owner of Three Bears Farm, Stein Equestrian has evolved and so has their business relationship. She has continued to contact John directly to help cultivate each phase of the project and ultimately, realize her dreams.
Today the fabulous Three Bears Farm features a fully insulated 18-stall, hunter/jumper training and boarding facility, a separate farrier stall and entrance, a quarantine stall, and an 8-stall lesson barn—all appointed with Big Ass Fans®.
